ViaMichelin has joined forces with VDO Dayton to offer you renewal titles for your navigation system. You can also take advantage of the new tourist information and addresses from The Michelin® Guide, now available on CD-ROM.


The titles (France and Benelux) are compatible with any VDO-Dayton MS system (MS 3000, MS 3100, MS 4000, MS 4050, MS 4100, MS 4200, MS 5000, MS 5100, MS 6000).

The Michelin® Guides

• Be guided step-by-step to the hotels and restaurants recommended by Michelin.
• A new search function  enables you to use several types of criteria (degree of comfort, facilities, atmosphere and setting, price, proximity to vehicle, etc.) to easily find a hotel or restaurant which suits you best in the geographical area of your choice.
• A user-friendly interface enables you to get a complete description of a hotel or restaurant as well as look at the famous Michelin classifications, including restaurants with stars (available only on the MS 5xxx and 6xxx systems)
• If you have a telephone system built into your system, you can even contact hotels directly!

Our product range for C-IQ systems

For MS navigation systems associated with the C-IQ service (DVD-ROM, CD-ROM, colour and black and white), the following titles are available: France, Benelux, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland and the major cities of Europe.

The C-IQ service allows you to adapt the service according to your needs and your schedule. For a quick trip to another European country, all you need to do is simply activate the mapping software for the country concerned for the required time, be it a day or a year.
 
To access the Michelin recommended restaurant, hotel and tourist addresses, simply activate The Michelin® Guides when you activate the mapping software.

Providing The Michelin® Guides on the C-IQ service is a customised solution: all you need to do is choose the country and the time period to gain easy access to information which ensures you can be guided step-by-step to hotel, restaurant or tourist addresses selected by Michelin.

For MS navigation systems linked with the C-IQ service (DVD-ROM, CD-ROM, colour and black and white):
- Titles available: France and Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg, Holland, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Spain and Andorra, Portugal, Switzerland and the major cities of Europe
- Mapping: choice between NavTech and Tele Atlas
- Traffic info: option available for some countries
